SHIPPING AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All stock item orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. Please allow 5-15 working days to process Custom Orders. Allow additional days for transit and delivery of your order. If there will be a significant delay with your order we will contact you by email.

NZ Wide (Non Rural) $6.00 2-5 Days
NZ Rural $8.50 3-7 Days
We currently do not ship outside of New Zealand.

Thank you for shopping at Hewetson Ridge. Custom orders are not eligible for return, however we will meet our obligations under the NZ Fair Trading and Consumer Guarantees Acts. Requests to return stock items for change of mind will be at the sellers discretion. Where returned products are accepted, they must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is at the buyers expense and original shipping costs are nonrefundable.

STORE POLICY
While our best efforts to keep the website stock up to date, we do occasionally hold a stall at local markets and it is occasionally possible that stock may be oversold. We will contact you as soon as possible to offer a suitable exchange or full refund if this is the case. Thank you for your understanding.
While most items have limited stock, if you see something amazing, but not in the size you are after, please send us an enquiry message, as sometimes it is possible to customize an order for you.

I hope you enjoy your new bespoke handbag/wallet!
They are a labour of love, and each and every stitch was painstakingly done by me. The exterior of your new bag/wallet is made with cotton fabrics and vinyl. Should your item get a little dirty over time, just wipe it down with a soft cloth and warm water. Do not wash your bag/wallet in a washing machine.
While constucted with the best materials and reinforced throughout, your handbag is not intended for excessively heavy items (such as a computer, overdue library books, bricks, pets... just kidding - except for the computer and bricks and also if your pet is quite large) A small electronic item, such as an ipad should be fine.
My custom handbags have a 3 month warranty. If for any reason, under normal wear and tear, your bag has a failure, you can return it for repair (if possible) or for a full refund.
As with any handmade good, you may see imperfections, but I hope instead you see the result of something that was 100% hand-crafted and not factory made.
